Serdal Korkut Avcı is an original thought leader who manages industrial design on a global scale, explores artificial intelligence as a design discussion partner, and brings this discovery to both the corporate world and academia.
Having spent decades of his 30+ year career as Executive Director of Industrial Design at Beko/Arçelik, Avcı managed a design organization operating across more than 17 brands and 140 countries at an international level. During this time, he built teams that won over 200 international design awards and constructed one of Europe's leading corporate design structures.
Today, redefining the role of artificial intelligence in design processes, Avcı positions AI not as a tool that replaces creativity, but as a partner that deepens thinking and broadens discussion. Prof. Dr. Göknur AKÇADAĞ graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Languages, History and Geography, Department of History, and completed her master's and doctoral studies in the same field. She worked at İnönü University and the Department of Human and Social Sciences at Yıldız Technical University. She conducted postdoctoral research as a visiting faculty member at METU (2003) and at the State University of New York – Binghamton University, Fernand Braudel Center (2007–2008).
Between 2011 and 2018, she served as Head of the R&D, Projects and External Relations Department at the General Directorate on the Status of Women, Ministry of Family and Social Services. She served as Country Representative and National Focal Point for the Council of Europe Gender Equality Commission (2011–2018), and as Vice Chair of the Gender Equality Commission of the UNESCO Turkey National Commission. She was selected as one of seventy women worldwide as a Global Champion on the UN Women – Women's Economic Empowerment Platform (2016). She was accepted into the International Leadership Visitor Program in the field of "Combating Domestic Violence, Gender Equality" (USA). She is a member of the Darüşşafaka High Advisory Board and a contributor to the Turkish Journal (New York).
Since 2018, she has been working at Istanbul Nişantaşı University, where she serves as Head of the History Department and Director of the Women's and Family Studies Research Center. Prof. Akçadağ has organized and led numerous projects and events in the field of women's studies, including a project titled "Equal Opportunities: Women's Empowerment Training Program for Small Businesses," supported by the EU Civil Thinking Program (2025). With a multidisciplinary approach, Prof. Akçadağ focuses on combining her academic expertise with popular history storytelling and narrative.

M. Tarık Hotamışlıgil is a traveler, writer, photographer, and creator who, while pursuing a career as a financial advisor, has chosen throughout his life to observe people, cities, cultures, and stories.
Born in Istanbul, Hotamışlıgil lived in various cities across Turkey during his childhood and youth due to his father's civil service postings. After completing his education in Ankara, he returned to Istanbul and has been working as a financial advisor since 1981.

Also actively involved in social solidarity and volunteer work, Hotamışlıgil was among those who supported the Örnekevler Life Village project established in Hatay after the earthquake. He contributed to the formation of the "Butterfly Effect" exhibition, which focuses on the healing and unifying power of art, and has taken on active responsibility in social responsibility and solidarity projects.

In 2016, Tanrıverdi founded one of Turkey's first e-export companies, helping approximately 70 brands enter international markets. In addition to his active role in the business world, he has held important positions in industry and civil society organizations. He served as President of the Istanbul Ready-to-Wear Exporters' Association (İHKİB) from 2008 to 2018, President of the Malatya Civil Society Organizations Union (MASTÖB) from 2006 to 2008, and as Founding President of the Merter Industrialists and Businessmen's Association and the Garment Sub-Industrialists' Association. Founded in 2017, MILKist stands out as a pioneering platform that brings together art and social design. Through collaborations with the United Nations, the Ministry of National Education, and civil society organizations, it has developed natural ink workshops and creative programs focused on psychosocial support for children, women, and vulnerable groups living in different cities across Türkiye, especially in rural areas.
Her work, developed through natural pigments derived from local soil and agricultural waste, has evolved into a strong model centered on social benefit and sustainability through production partnerships with women farmers. This body of work came to life in the book Bir Çiftçinin Renkleri – Doğal Mürekkep.
As an important extension of her work at the intersection of women’s labor, cultural heritage, and climate vulnerability, she served as producer of the film "Olive"- Zeytin, brought to life in collaboration with UN Women Türkiye, Koç University, and UNESCO. Specializing in Kundalini Yoga technology, the vibrational power of sound, and contemporary nervous system science, Moran completed her training at RA MA Institute (USA & Spain); in the 2024–2025 period, she deepened her Naad & Sound Yoga expertise with Leo Cosendai.

As Country Director for Les Grands Chais de France Turkey, responsible for strategy and business development, he grew market share from 1% to 8% in four years; at Baron Wine, he led a transformation that grew company revenues sixfold.
On the academic side, he lectured on energy policies and international relations; he is currently pursuing a doctorate at Boğaziçi University focused on the relationship between energy security and foreign policy.
Today, through Komet, the company he co-founded, he develops projects focused on cultural heritage, education, and sustainability — including UNESCO-linked internationally awarded museum and education projects, exhibition and experience designs, and initiatives for passing culture and knowledge to new generations.

Born in Istanbul, Güneyman completed her education in Germany Language and Literature and English Language and Literature in Switzerland and England; she began her international career in translation and communications management at companies operating across the United States, Russia, and Europe.
She deepened her professional journey in the health field by working on health tourism at Methodist Hospital in Houston, USA, and later enriched her holistic approach to well-being through work at a detox center in Thailand.
As Turkey's first Living with Diabetes Coach, she has taken on a pioneering role in diabetes awareness and sustainable lifestyle habits. She is also the founding president of the Şişli branch of the Living with Diabetes Association and continues to serve actively in leadership.
In the world of television, she reached wide audiences through health programs she prepared and presented on Kanal D, Show Max, Karadeniz TV, and Cem TV, and she also brought her knowledge and experience into print through books on life, health, and personal transformation.

After a career spanning from editorship to editor-in-chief at Turkey's leading publishing groups including Sabah, Hürriyet, and Doğan Burda, she provided strategic communications and brand management consultancy to numerous brands through Hip Creative Agency, which she founded.
With her Tasting Alaçatı and Tasting Bodrum projects, she developed a unique model bringing together experience, content, and community creation.
She documented her travel experience across 73 countries with her twin sons in Hürriyet Seyahat from a 'traveling with children' perspective, developing a distinctive narrative language that feeds storytelling with real-life experience.
Through her writing and columns, she continues to build a narrative centered on stories from everyday life, moments of transformation, and human experience.
